With so much coastline and loads of rivers and lakes here in the South West, it couldn’t be easier to try out a fun water-based activity. You could go for a surfing lesson, or hire a paddleboard or kayak and all the safety gear you need from one of the many water sport centres locally. It’s a great way to have fun and get active, and could be the start of an exciting new hobby. In Year 5, pupils are given the opportinity to try water sports as part of their residential to Grenville House.
